Dr. Figley works mostly with couples and adult men who have moved past the young adult stage. But our practice has a wealth of choices for young adults seeking counseling: 

Our licensed counselors, Kanika Inglett, Jason Owenby, and David Reed, are all quite seasoned with this age group. Our registered interns, Marissa Carter, Brianna Garrett, and Karen McCain are exceptional in bonding with young adult women and providing a safe and nurturing environment conducive to healing and growth.

Although young adults often prefer a counselor of their same gender, there are times when an opposite-sex counselor is preferred—particularly if the need is to process attachment wounds with an opposite-sex parent.
